AI Visibility · Measure it, then move it

Your share of AI answers, on one dashboard

AI visibility is the new rank tracking: which prompts mention you, which engines cite you, and who owns the answers you don't. We measure it — and unlike a tool, we also fix it.

What is AI visibility?

AI visibility is how often, and how favorably, your brand appears in AI-generated answers across engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews — some teams call it LLM visibility. It is measured against a fixed set of prompts that matter to your business — the AI-era equivalent of tracking keyword rankings.

Plenty of tools will chart this number for you. The chart is the easy part. The number only moves when the sources engines rely on start mentioning you — which is placement work, not dashboard work. That is the difference you are buying here: measurement and the fix, from one team.

The fixing happens through our AI SEO servicesGEO for citation share, AEO for specific questions.

What the tracking covers

AI brand mention tracking

A fixed prompt set per engine, checked monthly. Mentions, citations, sentiment, and who gets named instead of you — kept as raw answers you can read, not just a score.

AI citation tracking

Every citation traced to the page that earned it. You learn which coverage actually feeds answers — and which placements were wasted money.

Competitor share

The same tracking runs for the competitors you pick. When their share of voice jumps, you see the placement that caused it within the month.

Frequently asked questions

How is AI visibility different from rank tracking?

Rank tracking watches your position on a results page. AI visibility watches whether generated answers mention or cite you at all. There is no position ten in an answer — you are in it or you are not — so the metric behaves differently and the work to move it does too.

Which prompts do you track?

Ones your buyers plausibly ask: category recommendations, comparisons against competitors, problem-solving questions your product answers. We draft the set from search data and your sales conversations; you approve it before tracking starts.

How often is the data refreshed?

Monthly by default, because engines do not reshuffle sources much faster than that and higher frequency mostly measures noise. Clients running active placement campaigns can switch key prompts to weekly.

Can we just buy the tracking without placements?

Yes. Some teams start with a quarter of pure measurement to build the internal case. Fair warning though: the report usually makes the placement gap obvious, because you see exactly which sources cite competitors and not you.

Do you track sentiment, not just mentions?

Yes. A mention that calls you expensive-but-dated is not a win. Each tracked answer records how you are characterized, so the monthly report separates favorable mentions from the other kind.

How do I control my brand narrative in AI answers?

You can't dictate it, but you can shape it — AI engines compose your narrative from the sources they trust, so changing the narrative means changing the sources. The loop: track how each engine currently describes you (including sentiment), find the pages feeding any wrong or stale claims, then place fresh coverage and corrections that outweigh them. Brands that run this loop consistently watch their descriptions shift within a few months.

First report showed ChatGPT recommending a competitor that shut down last year. We had no idea. Three placements later the answers finally describe the market as it actually is.

The source attribution is the killer feature. We cut two sponsorships that never fed a single citation and moved the budget to pages that did.

Clean reporting our exec team actually reads. I would love weekly refreshes on more prompts, but I understand why monthly is the default.
