4. Publisher Responsibilities

Publishers using RankCited agree to:

• Only list websites they own or have authorization to manage
• Provide accurate website metrics and information
• Complete orders within the agreed turnaround time
• Maintain link placements for the agreed duration
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers using RankCited agree to:

• Provide accurate target URLs and anchor text
• Not request links to illegal or prohibited content
• Pay for services as agreed upon order placement
• Communicate professionally with publishers

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on our platform:

• Illegal content or links to illegal websites
• Adult or explicit material
• Malware, phishing, or harmful software
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Hate speech or discriminatory content

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Buyers pay upfront for services, and publishers receive payment after successful order completion. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankCited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past twelve months.
